    I recently had the pleasure of staying at Royal in Macau for a gourmet getaway, where I was delighted to experience the culinary innovation of the hotel's acclaimed FADO Portuguese restaurant. As a business analyst with a passion for exploring different flavors and urban dynamics, I couldn't resist trying their 5-course Easter Wine Pairing Set Menu, expertly crafted by the talented chefs of FADO. Each dish showcased the authentic taste of Portugal, enhancing the traditional holiday spirit.The Lobby Lounge, with its inviting ambiance, was an ideal spot for a post-dinner glass of champagne or a decadent piece of cake, setting the perfect tone for a relaxing evening. The Easter long weekend was made even more special with friends who share my love for exquisite food and wine. Catalpa Garden's signature 'Shanghainese Treasure Pot' truly elevated my dining experience with its rich selection of premium ingredients, symbolizing reunion, happiness, and health in true Shanghainese tradition. The low-calorie Portuguese style lunch set was a delightful surprise, offering a healthy yet flavorful option that satisfied my taste buds. In conclusion, a visit to Macau is incomplete without savoring a meal at FADO, a culinary gem that I highly recommend to fellow food enthusiasts looking for an authentic and memorable dining experience in the heart of the city.
